Steve Fray
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Steve Fray oversees Solae's financial control and treasury functions. As chief financial officer, he helps ensure that the organization accurately measures and appropriately manages risk.
Fray was formerly vice president of Finance and the global controller for Thermadyne Holdings Corporation and served in various finance and controller roles at NN, Inc., Emerson Electric Co. and IMI/Norgren.
A Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant, he earned a B.S. in accounting from Rockford College.
