Lindell Bean oversees Solae's global human resources function. He has oversight responsibility for talent acquisition, development, and compensation and benefits programs to enhance employee engagement.
Prior to joining Solae, Lindell held several key leadership positions in operations and human resources within DuPont. In these roles, he played a lead role in creating high-performance work systems and leading cultural change.
