Solae

Craig F. Binetti is president of DuPont Nutrition & Health and DuPont Applied Biosciences and is the chairman of Solae, LLC.

He joined DuPont in 1977, and his career includes a wide variety of direct professional and managerial positions covering research, manufacturing, finance, sales and business positions in the Industrial Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, White Pigments and Polymers and Fiber businesses.

From 1991 to 1993, Binetti was regional sales manager for White Pigments. From 1993 to 1995, he served in the combined role of site manager for Old Hickory, Tennessee and business director for Specialty Resins and Chemicals. From 1996 to 1998, he was managing director of Polyester Films, located in Luxembourg. From 1998 to 2002 he was vice president and general manager of Polyester Fibers, Resins & Intermediates for DuPont Polyester. He was named vice president and general manager of DuPont Packaging & Industrial Polymers in March of 2002, and was named to his current position in June 2007.

Binetti holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA from University of Delaware. He is affiliated with Cornell University Alumni Association, serves as Graduating Class Vice President and is active in charity basketball fundraisers for Cancer Research and Multiple Sclerosis. He currently is Chair of Easter Seals Board of Directors for Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore.
